Notes: The
offspring of a Water and Fire Soal, he carries marks of his
mixed-element lineage in the hardened blue scales and fiery orange
marks that form on his body. The blue scales look icy, but are actually
hot to the touch - like a cooling lava rock that hasn't quite cooled
enough to blacken. He falls under the Water alignment, so he is able to
create/manipulate water around himself. He has the power to turn the
ground directly beneath his hooves into pools of water, which spring up
and spin into dangerous cyclones which he can control.
