Panic Stricken: Makes
the target have a panic attack, causing it's heart to stop and for the
Kat to fall 'lifeless' for up to two hours. Once two hours is up, the
Kat will become 'living' once more.
Cancel: Ability to cancel out abilities from Kats of Orcle's
Order. (However, it seems limited to only being effective against those
from the Ice Plains)
Panic Restore: Ability to heal the user fully.
Black Heart: The target's heart turns black and it is filled
with rage which causes it to turn on it's allies. The blackness of the
heart lasts for 20 minutes, the user doesn't have control over the
target, but the target doesn't have control over who or what it attacks.
Panic: Time is stopped for as long as the user can live without
air.(When time is stopped using this ability all air is stopped aswell,
making it impossible for the user to breath)
